APPLYING A CODE - ERROR

If you are attempting to apply a code you have been issued but an error is occurring, this could mean that your code is no longer available to use on the site, it is being used incorrectly or it was not created correctly.

 

What an Error Looks Like

Any errors will always show in red/bold lettering and say:

- CODE EXPIRED

- CODE INVALID

 

What You Should Do

First step is to check the terms of your code.

These will be found in the email you were sent when given the code, or if it is a code available to all customers, please check the terms and conditions of the code
